+ How can I place my order?

You can place your order in one of four ways. The preferred way is through our website. Simply add the items you want to your shopping cart and then follow the checkout procedure. This is the easiest way and allows you to order at anytime, from the comfort of your office or home.  

Alternatively, you can fax your order to us at (345) 945-5372. You are welcome to create your order online using our regular website. Then, instead of checking out online, simply print it and fax it to us.

If you prefer to phone in your order, you may do so by calling one of our customer service representatives at (345) 949-7525. All of our representatives are trained to assist you with and confirm the details of your order, including the products that you are purchasing, their price, the quantity of each, and all the important shipping and delivery details.  

Finally, you may mail in your order. Our mailing address is:

+ How do I know that my order has been received by Jacques Scott Wholesale?

When you place your order online, you will immediately receive an email thanking you for your order and an order confirmation number. Your order is transmitted directly to our secure servers, where it is processed by our dedicated sales associates during normal business hours (Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.)

Should you not receive this confirmation email, your order probably has not been properly received and processed. In this unlikely event, please contact us by email (info@jacquesscottwholesale.com) or by telephone at (345) 949-7525.  

All orders received via fax or mail are confirmed by email, telephone or return fax.  

If there are any problems with the fulfillment of your order, one of our representatives will contact you by telephone or email, advise you of the problem and (hopefully!) have a fully acceptable solution.

+ What happens if an item is back-ordered / out-of-stock?

If an item is temporarily out of stock, it will not appear on our website. However, if you do manage to place an order for an item for which we are temporarily out of stock, we will contact you by email or telephone.

You will have the option to back-order, substitute or cancel the item at that time.

+ What happens after I place my online order?

We attempt to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Normally, orders are shipped within 24 - 48 hours of receiving them. However, at certain peak times of the year (especially during December) this timeframe is sometimes difficult to maintain and your order may take 3 days to be fulfilled. We ask for your patience and understanding during this very busy time!  

If you need your order to be sent faster than this, please feel free to contact us and one of our representatives will attempt to help you in whatever way they can. We know how important it is for you to know when your order will arrive!

We accept traditional payment methods for offline invoices. Website orders are invoiced through purchase orders for existing customers only. Our website does not accept Credit Card payments at this time and is not open to the general public. If you wish to apply for an account please click here.
